Contia uses a simple pay-as-you-go model. Top up your balance starting from $5, then each generation is charged based on the model, resolution, and duration. There are no monthly subscriptions for generation — you only pay for what you use. Your balance never expires.

Generated images and videos are stored in your asset library. On the free tier, assets are kept for 3 days — plenty of time to download or use them. Storage plans starting at $4.99/month give you permanent storage with larger file limits.

Can I use generated images commercially?

Yes. All images and videos generated through Contia are yours to use commercially. The specific usage rights depend on the underlying AI model's license, but most models we support allow full commercial use.

What formats are supported?

Images are generated in PNG, JPEG, and WebP. Videos are output in MP4. You can download individual assets or batch-export multiple files as a ZIP archive from the asset library.

How do reference images and inpainting work?

Upload reference images to guide the AI's output style, composition, or subject. Inpaint masks let you define specific zones to regenerate while keeping the rest of the image intact — perfect for targeted edits and refinements.
